In PoW you have security throught equipment cost + inflation + required hashrate for long-range-attack adds up over time In PoS you have security through stake + Inflation. Both systems can add even more security through some algorithms. Decentralazation of nodecount of validators/miners is in dPoS better then PoW. Most people mess up EOS with dPoS. freezing accounts has nothing todo with dPoS, it's a EOS protcol thing. why do you think PoW is more secure? You seem to be pretty confident ;)

Discord is amazing for what it has been created for, namely reducing the complexity of setting up teamspeak servers for gamers, and reducing system resources usage drastically in comparison to Skype. Yet I agree that crypto-chats belong to telegram and do not need to be moved anywhere else. I guess you were not in crypto a year ago, when slack was a thing for crypto communities, and it took a couple of gigs of RAM to maintain slack app connected to a dozen of chats?

Discord has less system resource in comparision to Skype when Skype is far more native to the Windows OS than Discord, doesn't sound right. Discord does have a really fancy UI, no doubt about it but it's way too bloaty.

not really. POA network is just a EVM-based chain that’s centralized so it’s faster. It’s more or less built for private ethereum blockchains rather than games and social apps. Dappchains run dPoS and it’s decentralized.

POA more decentralized than eth and btc. Also, several big high profile games are being deployed on POA.

Have you guys read/addresses the growing complaints over on Kickstarter over the fact that the $75 packages are hugely more valuable with 75 booster in sum than the $400 package which has only 150 (for $50 more for all 6 $75 tiers you get the same cards plus 300 extra packs)? A lot of people are downgrading their pledges and you can see that in the number pledged. It seems like a major issue. I don't really understand why you wouldn't just allow packages to be add-ons? or, re-balance? I mean balancing is one of the most difficult aspects of a TCG, and here even the kickstarter isn't logically balanced. Any official statement on this?

Yes there was on the KS page: The $400 tier gets you 6 Kickstarter-exclusive Epic cards, $240 in element-specific booster packs, $300 in regular booster packs, and 6 beta access passes ($60). A total of $600+ in value for a price of $400, not including the Kickstarter-exclusive collector cards (the marketplace will determine the value of those). We think it's a really good value. The reason why it’s not equal to the sum of all 6 of the $75 tiers if you add them up is because *Kickstarter only allows users to back ONE tier*. You can’t back 6 different tiers even if you want to, unless you try to game Kickstarter by creating 6 different accounts. Because the $75 tiers are limited one per person, we tried to make them an extremely good value for those who can’t afford to back a higher tier when designing the campaign. Unfortunately, we seem to have upset some people by making the $75 an insanely good deal 😢 If you feel like the $75 tier is a better value for your money than the $400 tier, then you’re totally free to back that tier instead! That said, just to sweeten the deal a bit further for those of you who are on the fence, we’ll throw in an additional random Epic (Commander) card for all the backers of the $400 tier and above. this is a really weird restriction you guys have going. I've never seen a KS that restricts how people can give money like this. It's very easy to set up the pledge manager to allow multiple products to be bought, or bought in multiples. It's also easy to allow add-on of packages.

Is this currency obtained used to purchase specific cards like the hearthstone's dust mechanic, or is this currency the core one used to purchase packs and whatnot. Answer @ Roy Shapira : 3. The melting mechanics will be in the game, but we'll have a detailed update on it once its fully ready and final, since the game is on the blockchain, this is a very complex subject.

Say, the next time I call the contract, is the data persisted on it or not?
