I downloaded the game on iOS yesterday. The tutorial worked fine . When trying to play a solo game I got to the part where you add cards to your deck. When I tried to hit save the button doesn’t work. The back button doesn’t work either so from that point your stuck and all I could do was turn the game off

Hey Cornelius, sorry to hear that. but 2 per 1000 cards ratio does not mean that you can defenitly get 2 limited card out of 1000 cards. it's like lottery. sometimes there are more than 2 cards in 1000 cards, sometimes there are nothing. for what it's worth, I had trouble with web3 too...until I signed up for Stephen Grider's course on Ethereum on Udemy. Worth taking a look at since he does a real deep dive into Ethereum, including how web3 works (he has a lot of diagrams and explains it in a lot of depth).

If memory serves me right, you need to confirm two transactions through metamask. Check to see if metamask is still waiting to confirm a transaction for you (a signature transaction)

Yes it's directly to the account but an order book (distributed) so everyone can name the price they want to buy or sell. But the transaction is settled directly between the accounts.

The tokens are secured by the Validator s of the sidechain. Effectively tho all the value of the loom token is with the plasmachain. So while not as secure as eth it’s incredibly secure and tied to the value of the loom token regardless

So if I understand correctly : In case a major breach happens in the plasmachain (and let's say all the tokens got stolen, or locked forever without users be able to claim back) it wouldn't have a difference if I had those tokens stored at plasmachain or Ethereum mainet, since the mainet tokens might become unaffected of the situation, however the value of them will become close to 0.

Hi Admins - can you give us any information how we will be able to effectively compound our rewards when we stake. Right now the lockup period is prolonged every time I stake again => if I lockup for 6 months and after the next reward cycle I want to reinvest the claimed LOOM tokens also for 6 months the lockup period is going to be 12 months minus 2 weeks for the TOTAL amount. Please correct me if I am wrong. This is not quite satisfactory and does not really encourage people to stake for longer periods - right?

Simple math - if we would be able to reinvest the rewards after the end of every election cycle without extending the lockup period of our total investment every time the compound interest would be much higher. The current solution would mean that e.g. I have a initial investment with 1 year lockup, after reinvesting my rewards every 2 weeks the total lockup would increase by 1 year minus two weeks every time. Imagine that after 1 year your total lockup time would be around 27 years - for all your LOOMs.

Loom chain uses a different kind of private key than eth mainnet, that's the main hurdle, so you need a wholly separate wallet

I believe they will patch that someday, so you can keep mainnet address and mainnet wallet, but even after that, still can't use metamask because it only supports pointing at eth networks and would need a feature to support external networks
